PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS A CLOSE CONTACT SERVICE. LASH TECH IS REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES. LASH TECH MAY ASK CLIENT TO REMOVE MASK TO AVOID BEING AT HIGHER RISK WITH CLIENT EXHALING UPWARDS OUTSIDE OF MASK. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS. THANK YOU!

- $5 FEE FOR CREDIT CARDS, CASH APP, OR VENMO
- Returning clients: DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE BY MONDAY THE WEEK OF APPOINTMENT OR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. 2 WEEK TOUCH UPS REQUIRE FULL BALANCE AS DEPOSIT. CLIENTS THAT DO NOT ADHERE TO THIS MUST PAY DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE IN ORDER TO BOOK FUTURE APPOINTMENT.
+NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS must be paid before client is booked. Deposits are applied to service.
+Late Clients may be serviced however you may not get desired look if time does not allow.
+ SAME DAY CANCELLATION, TOUCH UPS: $75 ($50 non-refundable deposit and $25 cancellation fee) FULL SETS: HALF OF SERVICE must be paid. All payments must be received before another appointment can be booked.
+No Call, No Show’s can not book with DMLS in the future. Same day cancellation fees apply.
+COVID Policy Clients must reschedule in advance if feeling sick. Same day cancellation, NO Call, NO Show, and Non Refundable deposit policy remains in effect. If lash tech is tested positive, all appointments will be rescheduled in advance, No refunds will be given. Please be aware before booking that client and lash tech will be in close contact.
+Touch Up's:
- Touch up's must be done within 3 weeks of each month.
- After 3 weeks, client must book Full Set appointment. (Lash extensions that have grown 2-3mm from the lash line will need removing.)
- If client's lash extensions can be counted at a Touch Up service...client must get a Full Set if time allows or be rescheduled. It is Clients responsibility to contact Lash Tech in advance to upgrade appointment if needed. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- 2 WEEK TOUCH UP....50% OF LASHES (PER EYE) MUST BE RETAINED, IF NOT 3 WEEK TOUCH UP OR FULL SET PRICE WILL BE CHARGED TO CLIENT.
- 3 WEEK TOUCH UP... 40% OF LASHES (PER EYE) MUST BE RETAINED, IF NOT FULL SET PRICE WILL BE CHARGED TO CLIENT.
- Clients have up to 48 hours after initial service to contact and schedule Diamond Minks Lash Studio to fix any issues regarding lash retention. Passed 48 hours of initial service, and client has not come in to studio to fix lash retention issue, client must schedule a 1 week Fill. Diamond Minks Lash Studio does not offer lash fix after 48 hours of services. No exceptions !
- MEMBERSHIPS ARE BASED ON 2 WEEK TOUCH UPS. POLICY MUST STILL BE ADHERED TO.

+Services outside business hours will have a $35 convenience fee added to service.
